@13mordeth Good thing this guys pessimism doesnt reflect reality… when you have 30k subs, youre bound to get some who want to come for a ride. Speaking personally, id pay my own cash to come for a tour without thinking twice, if i had the cash….

Are the Taiwanese people generally friendly? Like will they say hello and smile, are they outgoing? Or do they kind of close of, ignore eachother, and treat foreigners as lesser beings?

There are plenty of water snakes, at least in the us, that aren’t venomous. Your chances of running into a harmless water snake is a lot better than running into anything that could pose a serious threat. Might be a little different in Asia though, since there are loads of venomous vipers there. PS love the vids, keep up the good work.

It’s one good thing about growing up (or living) in the countryside, u get to “chill out” w/ all kind of animals, not including the ones that shriek n scream at the first sight of something that doesn’t sound n look like them.
Next time when you’re late, pause for a few more of your many discoveries/close encounters yah, “mister” Asiana Jones.

Good thing ur friend was ok. Spiders are cute.
Not particularly fond of snakes but got few funny encounters in early days. Don’t know if all water snakes are poisonous, was told to stay clear of any snake w/ triangular shape/spot/orange color on its head,or if whole body is colorful; usually lethal. For some type, once u got bitten like on ur arm/leg, even if u try to block the venom from flowing to ur heart, by tying ur arm/leg w/ rope/string, etc., u won’t make it pass 3 steps. 
)

oh wow, I basically just mentioned this in my last comment. a video series would be great. that’s a super idea.
I wonder how high up you are. have you looked up other tours that people do in Taiwan? you should look up what they do and compare yours, maybe offer more than they do. maybe offer things like English (ha ha).

all snakes can swim i think you might be talking about sea snakes all of the known sea snakes are venomous but simple pythons can swim in water
