Yeah, apparently there is a time which isn’t appropriate for sledging. As if to suggest that sledging is to be done according to some rules? If done according to rules then it would be legitimate and if so, in what sense? Would it be a legitimate, “official”, part of the game itself? I mean, what is this, there “is no need to do it once the Batsman is out” stuff? So there is a need at some other time?
