@AllenRockwell do not be an idiot. Carbon is a fantastic insulator. It holds on tight to its valence electrons. Since they can not move, carbon can not conduct electricity. It is physically impossible for carbon fiber to be conductive.

@menthol5 Your nephew lied to you. Carbon fiber is very conductive and disperses electricity in a similar way to aluminum structures.

@Mauser712, you don’t know what your talking, about when they the size, THEY MEEN THE WIDTH!!!!!! the A380 airbus doesn’t come close to the width of the boeing 787. Plus, the A380 has problems with thier rolls-royce engines…”those but wipes…”!!!! ssooo you can go even search the stats of the 787 and th A380 and compare them.

@vr6only You’re comparing apples and oranges. The 787 is a Mid-size jetliner and the A380 is a SuperJumbo.
Of course, the A380 weighs in at over a million pounds, making it too heavy for all but around 25 airports in the world.

Delivery- 2000 and late more than 2008
Besides, Northwest is already gone, merged into Delta, but the 787 STILL hasn’t been delivered to any customer yet.
Its sad, really sad.
