I can understand your concerns as you probably don’t have an insight view in the industrry as most passangers don’t, but I can assure you that it is perfectly save to fly in an Airbus. No matter if it’s an A310, 330 or 380. It only has to be maintained properly.
Pilots wouldn’t risk their lifes would they?

The A380 was made while looking at hawk-owls. The plane reproduce design and the best aerodynamics found withing birds.
The hawk-owl has very large wings and if you look at a A380 landing, you will be amazed by the similarities with that fantastic bird (specialy when he is chasing a prey).
To summary, hawk-owls have big bodies while they have great aerodynamics because they have huge flaps

In fact, there were no aborting, A380 was not supposed to land on this runway but as people were sitting and waiting at another one, A380 test pilots asked permission to perform a flyby for them.
After a fake landing with little crosswind, pilots said thanks and good bye going left and right.

nothing crazy just a little cross wind. The A380 simply aborted the landing, its pretty normal.
