Anything you want it to be, 0 if you don’t turn the engine on. Ok, now I’m done with the bullshit. Anywhere from 15 to 20 gph depending on how fast you want to go. That’s for about 155 kts to 180 kts respectively.

I don’t live in AZ, but I have a bunch of pilot friends there. I’ll ask. The purpose of a discovery flight is to inspire the love of flying for someone. It would be too expensive in a cirrus, so I doubt few if any places so that.
