Airline Ticket Fares
Delta Airlines is joining American Airlines, pulling planes to check for possible wiring problems. The checks have led to hundreds of delays, and could pose more problems for travelers today. (March 27)

The problem with Southwest - they bribe FAA officials with free type ratings and ask them to close their eyes on some things.
Once in a while there will be a moral guy who’d fine their butt.
Think before you drop titles like ‘ground flights today”. Delta has more than 4000 flight per day worldwide. If they stop for a day the world will stop too. They can inspect the planes between the flights.
Hire me to be your title adviser!!!!! Freaking out the public does not help your commercials.

well AA had to pull almost half their fleet. for Delta it was around 1/3. AA cancellations affected 1/4 mllion people, when DL only affected a few thousand.

I don’t think it will be nearly as bad for Delta. It’s just the MD-88/90 fleet that was to be inspected.

Direct from the New York Times: “The FAA will seek to fine Southwest $10.2 million for flying 46 older jets that it claimed were grounded…”
The other 6 sources I read/watched said “million”
If it was 10 thousand, this would have not made news, check your facts before challenging me. Thanks!
