Ok : ) i never knew that. Thanks

That really looks a lot more like a Lockheed L-1011 TriStar to me, because the DC-10′s engine just goes straight back on the tail. The L-1011′s engine gracefully goes down into the tail and comes out lining up with the centerline of the fuselage I think for better thrust. The 727 also has a similar engine design. Take a good look at L-1011s and DC-10s. I am disappointed that they destroyed such an old airliner with the excellent safety record of the L-1011.

There is also La Paz, Bolivia, probably the largest high-altitude city, at nearly 13,000 feet in its valley in the Andes of South America.

Thank you.

Cheyenne, Wyoming, is at 6066 feet at this apartment. We are at ground level on the High Plains here. There are many cities above 6000 feet, such as Colorado Springs.

How do youuse the internet at 6066 feet? presumably you’re in a plane, and there is no internet.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
Wow. What the fuck did you just say? Learn how to type.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
that wasnt slow mo lol algud awsum vid itd b fukd up if ppl wer in it at high alt tho lol
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
imagine if this was at high altitude! the low pressure will rupture the entire plane like a banana.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
that was a detonation of atleast 30kg of high explosives (looks like the royal demolition explosive) and that is no small amount, in free air it could have killed you on 200m distance.
that plane would only get a small hole by a 100g charge.

I guess you should observe the no smoking signs when using the toilets!!
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
lol, thanks bud
this doesn’t help my plane fear or whatever it is called in english XD

A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids’ room, the father said,”Take the kids and get out of the house. We’ll call the police, we don’t have a clown statue. The clown statue is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don’t post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand SORRY BOUT SPAM THIS REALLY FREAKS ME OUT

Oh, no!!!
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
A few grams of c4 is the factor here buddy. No aircraft will withstand that.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
Few 1970s airliners remain in use? Metal fatigue and overuse must be factors perhaps.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
It’s a DC-10, yes.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
This appears to be a DC-10 or an L-1011, and it must have been pressurized to simulate the pressure differential at high altitudes. The pressure at about 41,000 feet or so is I think about 1/10th what it is down here (but I am at 6066 feet). I will have to check.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
Yeah. Remember, it was pressurized, so a few grams had suddenly become a few kilograms.
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
yeh, that was a pretty sweet explosion, if that ever happened and the explosion didnt kill you, the pressure differentals would suck you out.
cant believe it was only a few grams though
May 6th, 2009 at 2:57 am
Yeah, especially to see the floor giving way under you.
